Kimberly-Clark Logo Kimberly-Clark Corporation is an American multinational personal care corporation that produces mostly paper-based consumer products. The company manufactures sanitary paper products and surgical & medical instruments.

SOLSUS was asked to programme manage the Procure to Pay workstream of an ERP implementation programme aimed at rolling out the SAP R/3 platform across Europe.

The methodology used by our consultants included:
• Management of team of 20+ composed of business secondees, IT secondees and applications consultants.
• Business process redesign (As is/To be) to support a 5 year improvement plan.
• Detailed planning of risks relating to business resistance, interfaces, process changes, new roles & responsibilities and implementation.
• LEAN review of business processes and requirements through workshops, to develop a detailed business model and define live operational roles and processes.
• Stakeholder management from user to board level within multiple business units.
• Management of the team through the full project cycle.

The result was a French go-live that was on time and within budget, followed by a full European roll-out.
